Social Media Manager

VR Digitals, a Dubai-based Digital Marketing Agency with a branch in Kochi, is looking for an experienced Social Media Manager to lead and manage our social media initiatives. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience and be capable of coordinating, mentoring, and guiding the digital marketing team while ensuring smooth daily operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and manage social media strategies across all major platforms
• Coordinate and mentor the digital marketing team to meet performance goals
• Ensure timely and high-quality delivery of social media content and campaigns
• Maintain strong client relationships, understand their requirements, and ensure client satisfaction
• Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance to the company manager
• Manage day-to-day operations related to social media and ensure smooth workflow
• Stay updated on the latest trends and algorithm changes to optimize reach and engagement

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in social media management or digital marketing
• Strong leadership and team coordination skills
• Excellent knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other platforms
• Good communication and client handling skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Must own a laptop
• Immediate joiners preferred

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
