Job Description

We’re looking for a strategic, hands-on Social Media Manager to lead and execute our social media strategy, grow our brand’s digital presence, and drive engagement and conversions. You will oversee all platforms, campaigns, and team members working in social. Key Responsibilities: Create and implement a holistic social media strategy aligned with brand goals Supervise content creation, posting schedules, and platform performance Manage paid ad campaigns across Meta platforms (FB/IG Ads) Lead the social media team (interns, specialists, freelancers) Coordinate with marketing and sales teams for campaign alignment Analyze insights and prepare monthly performance reports Stay updated on trends, platform changes, and competitor strategies Requirements: 3–5+ years of experience in social media management Proven success in growing brand presence and engagement Strong copywriting, visual storytelling, and team management skills Experience with paid campaigns and ad performance analysis Familiarity with tools like Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, Canva, etc. Passion for fashion, visual branding, and digital innovation Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month Schedule: Day shift Experience: social media management: 5 years (Required) Work Location: In person
