About the Role:

Social Media Manager

Key Responsibilities:

Brand Storytelling & Strategy

Develop a compelling social media strategy that reflects the brand’s fragrance philosophy, aesthetic direction, and customer journey.
Translate fragrance notes, inspiration stories, and product ingredients into emotionally resonant content.
Collaborate with the Creative Director and Marketing team to align storytelling across campaigns and product launches.

Content Creation & Visual Curation

Own the social media content calendar: plan and publish high-performing posts on Instagram, Pinterest, and Threads.
Oversee production of imagery, reels, and short-form videos that visually interpret scent, texture, and atmosphere.
Source and collaborate with photographers, content creators, and UGC partners who embody our olfactory identity and brand moodboard.

Community Engagement & Growth

Engage directly with fragrance enthusiasts, influencers, and brand fans through comments, DMs, reposts, and live Q&As.
Cultivate a community of perfume lovers, sensorial aesthetes, and beauty insiders.
Identify, build, and manage influencer and affiliate partnerships in the fragrance and beauty space.

Requirements:

2–4 years of experience in social media management, ideally within fragrance, beauty, luxury, or lifestyle brands.
Strong understanding of visual storytelling, color palettes, scent language, and mood-based marketing.
Excellent copywriting skills-able to evoke emotion and sensory details in captions and stories.
