Creative Associate – Scriptwriting & Content Production

About the Role: We are looking for a passionate and driven Creative Associate to join our content team. This role is ideal for someone who loves storytelling, understands social and digital content trends, and enjoys being part of the content creation process—from ideation and scripting to execution during shoots. Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with the content and marketing team to conceptualize content ideas for various platforms (Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc.) Write engaging scripts for video content across formats: reels, interviews, ads, promos and more Assist during shoots – including direction support, managing shot lists, coordinating with talent, and ensuring creative vision is executed Stay up-to-date with content trends and platform-specific storytelling techniques Support basic post-production feedback, continuity checks, and quality control Participate in brainstorming sessions and pitch content ideas regularly Requirements: 0–2 years of experience in creative writing, scripting, or production (internships/freelance work count) Strong command of written English and storytelling Comfort with being on set , on camera or during shoots; basic understanding of production processes Ability to think creatively and adapt to different content styles and tones Familiarity with social media content formats and platforms Good to Have: Exposure to scriptwriting tools A personal portfolio or examples of past work (scripts, short videos, reels, etc.) Interest in pop culture, current events, or digital trends Show more Show less
