We are currently seeking a motivated and organized Social Media Executive to join our growing Digital Marketing team.

Role Overview

This is a creative and coordination-heavy role that blends content ideation with execution. The ideal candidate is someone who understands the fast-moving nature of digital content, enjoys brainstorming ideas, and can work both independently and collaboratively.

This is a consolidated monthly role, not billed by hours, acknowledging the unique nature of creative output.

Key Responsibilities

• Content Planning & Execution
• Design and maintain a weekly content calendar.
• Ideate and produce 2–3 reels, 2 posts, and 2–3 exclusive stories per week.
• Write compelling ad copies as needed.
• Team Coordination
• Coordinate with the internal team for content development, revisions, and approval workflows.
• Reporting
• Submit weekly and monthly performance reports. (Templates and guidance will be provided.)
• Meetings & Brainstorming
• Attend morning meetings and actively participate in brainstorming sessions.
• Work Location
• In-person attendance once a week at our Kasba office.
• Remote work flexibility for the remaining workdays.

Qualifications & Skills

• A passion for content creation and digital trends.
• Strong copywriting and storytelling skills.
• Familiarity with Instagram and Facebook content formats (reels, posts, stories).
• Basic understanding of digital marketing metrics and reporting.
• Self-motivated, deadline-oriented, and a team player.
• Prior experience in a similar content or digital role is a plus, but not mandatory.

Remuneration

• INR 10,000 per month (Consolidated)
• This covers all deliverables and responsibilities as outlined.
