Social Media Executive

We are looking for a creative and proactive Social Media Executive to join our digital marketing team. If you live and breathe Instagram reels, trends, memes, and storytelling — and know how to turn them into engagement and growth — we want you!

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and grow brand presence across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, and YouTube.
• Create and curate engaging content — from captions and stories to reels and carousels.
• Plan and execute monthly content calendars in coordination with the design team.
• Monitor trends, hashtags, and viral formats to keep content fresh and relatable.
• Handle community management — respond to DMs, comments, and engage with the audience.
• Run basic paid ad campaigns and collaborate on performance marketing strategies.
• Track analytics, generate insights, and optimize strategy for better performance.
• Collaborate with designers, video editors, and clients for campaign planning.

Requirements:

• 1-2 years of hands-on experience in managing social media accounts (agency experience preferred).
• Strong copywriting skills with a flair for trends, Gen Z lingo, and storytelling.
• Must be based in Pune – applications from outside Pune will not be considered.
• Working knowledge of Canva, Instagram Reels, Meta Business Suite, and insights tools.
• Understanding of branding, tone of voice, and audience engagement.
• Basic knowledge of paid ads and influencer outreach is a plus.
• Freshers with strong portfolios or internship experience may also apply.

Pay: ₹18,385.45 - ₹30,648.39 per month
