Job Description

About the Role:

We are seeking a creative and strategic Social Media Executive to manage and grow our clients’ and company’s social media presence. The ideal candidate should have a passion for digital trends, a strong understanding of each social platform, and the ability to craft engaging content that drives traffic, engagement, and conversions.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.)
Create and curate engaging content, including posts, reels, stories, and short videos
Collaborate with the design and content team to create visually appealing creatives and copy
Monitor SEO and user engagement and suggest content optimization
Plan and execute paid social media campaigns; track performance and ROI
Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, applications, and best practices
Manage social media calendars and ensure timely publishing
Respond to comments and DMs; engage with the audience in a brand-consistent tone
Track and report analytics on social media performance and campaigns
Work with clients and internal teams to align brand messaging and campaign objectives

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
1-3 years of experience in social media marketing or digital marketing
Knowledge of paid ad platforms (Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, LinkedIn Ads)
Strong copywriting and content creation skills
Excellent understanding of analytics tools (Google Analytics, social insights)
Creative mindset with attention to detail
Ability to multitask and meet deadlines

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
