Social Media Account Manager

Position: Social Media Account Manager

Location: Delhi

Job Responsibilities:

- Act as the primary point of contact for clients and build strong relationships with industry-leading brands

- Conduct detailed research on clients' brands, objectives, methodologies, and key personnel

- Should be able to liaison effectively with clients, understand briefs and be able to execute the same independently or with the help of the team

- Develop work plans, scopes of work, deliverables, timelines, and milestones

- Ideate & create campaigns in the form of presentations for the enhancement of the brand or company’s objectives and goals

- Track work progress, timelines, and client requirements; assist or escalate client requests as needed.

- Effectively manage and lead projects

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's/Master's in Business Administration

- Minimum 10 years’ work experience in Marketing or Media

- Prior experience in digital marketing/ social media is necessary

- Prior experience in PR and content creation

- Highly organized with excellent communication skills

- Proficient in team management and meeting deadlines

- Ability to report progress to internal and external stakeholders and track account metrics.

- Proactive & results-driven

- Preferably with experience managing accounts in the sports industry or working with sports clients
