Site Supervisor

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Site Supervisor to oversee daily operations on-site, ensure safety compliance, coordinate workers and subcontractors, and ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, practical experience in site management, and the ability to solve problems efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate on-site activities to ensure work is executed efficiently and safely
• Monitor project progress and report on performance, quality, and compliance with plans and specifications
• Enforce site safety protocols and ensure all workers adhere to health and safety regulations
• Liaise with project managers, engineers, architects, and other stakeholders to align work schedules and resolve issues
• Oversee delivery and use of materials, tools, and equipment
• Ensure accurate documentation and record-keeping (e.g., site diaries, inspections, safety records)
• Train and mentor junior staff or new workers on safety and procedural standards
• Conduct site inspections and ensure compliance with codes, standards, and environmental regulations
• Address any issues or delays and implement corrective measures quickly

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Site Supervisor or similar role (typically 3+ years)
• Relevant qualifications in construction management, engineering, or a related field (diploma or degree preferred)
• Knowledge of construction methods, materials, and legal regulations
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction documents
• Proficient in using project management software and Microsoft Office
• Certification in Health and Safety
• Physical fitness and willingness to work in outdoor/active environments

Working Conditions:

• This role requires regular presence on construction or project sites

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Schedule:

• Day shift
• Morning shift
• Weekend availability

Work Location: In person
