Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Site Supervisor located in Indore. The Site Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing lighting installation projects, ensuring compliance with design specifications, managing project schedules, coordinating with contractors and suppliers, and providing on-site technical guidance. Daily tasks include quality control, troubleshooting issues, and maintaining safety standards during project execution. Qualifications Site Management experience Knowledge of lighting design and installation techniques Ability to read and interpret design plans and blueprints Excellent organizational and time-management skills Strong communication and coordination abilities Technical proficiency in troubleshooting and problem-solving Ability to work on-site in Indore and travel to project locations as required Requisite educational background or relevant certifications in Lighting Design, Architecture, or related fields Experience in the architectural or lighting industry is a plus Prior 2-3 year of work experience.
