The Interior Firm Site Supervisor is responsible for overseeing and managing the day-to-day operations of interior design projects on-site. This role ensures that projects are executed according to design specifications, on time, and within budget. The Site Supervisor will coordinate with manager, manage site logistics, and maintain communication between the design team, clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Oversight:
Supervise all on-site activities, ensuring that interior design plans are accurately implemented.
Coordination:
Liaise between the design team, clients to ensure clear communication and project alignment.
Quality Control:
Inspect work to ensure it meets design specifications, quality standards, and safety regulations.
Scheduling:
Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring timely completion of tasks and addressing any delays or issues promptly.
Problem-Solving:
Address and resolve any issues or conflicts that arise on-site, working proactively to minimize disruptions to the project.
Documentation:
Maintain accurate records of project progress, including daily logs, change orders, and any other relevant documentation.

Qualifications:

Education:
Bachelors degree in Interior Design, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related field is preferred.
Experience:
Minimum of 2 years of experience in site supervision or project management within the interior design.
Skills:
Strong knowledge of interior design principles, construction processes, and building codes. Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
