Architect

Role & responsibilities

• Collaborate with architects, clients, and project stakeholders to develop innovative architectural design concepts
• Create detailed architectural drawings, plans, and 3D models using industry-standard software
• Assist in material selection, finishes, and sustainable design integration
• Produce clear and accurate documentation that adheres to building codes and regulations
• Present design proposals and progress updates to clients and team members
• Participate in project coordination meetings to ensure seamless integration of design elements
• Research and stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices
• Contribute to a positive and collaborative work environment

Preferred candidate profile

• Bachelor's degree in architecture
• Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD, Revit) and 3D modeling tools (SketchUp, Rhino, etc.)
• Strong understanding of architectural principles, construction techniques, and building codes
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and visual
• Ability to work effectively within a team and independently
• Detail-oriented mindset and a passion for design innovation
• Knowledge of sustainable design principles is a plus
• Strong Organizational & time Management Skills
