Job Description

We are looking for a hands-on, organized, and quality-focused Site Supervisor to manage day-to-day operations at landscape and Civil work project sites. You'll be the bridge between our design team and on-ground execution — ensuring timelines, materials, labor, and quality standards are met.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise all site activities related to execution (civil, plantation, irrigation, lighting, etc.)
Coordinate with vendors, contractors, masons, and gardeners on-site
Ensure design plans are accurately implemented with attention to detail
Track material usage, delivery schedules, and site inventory
Communicate project progress to the office team regularly
Resolve on-site issues and escalate major concerns quickly
Ensure safety, cleanliness, and discipline on site

Required Skills & Qualifications

Minimum 2 years of experience supervising civil/execution projects
Ability to read and interpret design/layout plans
Good communication skills in Kannada + Hindi or English
Basic mobile usage for calls, WhatsApp, photo sharing, etc.
Must be punctual, reliable, and accountable
