As a Site Incharge for a Mechanical EPC Project in Mundra, your role will be full-time and on-site. Your key responsibilities will include overseeing mechanical installation and construction activities at the project site. Day-to-day tasks will involve managing project timelines, liaising with stakeholders, ensuring adherence to safety regulations, supervising on-site personnel, and guaranteeing the timely and efficient completion of project milestones. To excel in this role, you should possess skills in Project Management and Site Supervision, coupled with a sound understanding of Mechanical Engineering principles. Experience with EPC (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction) projects is essential, along with excellent communication and leadership abilities. A solid grasp of safety regulations and compliance standards is crucial, as is the capacity to work autonomously and meet deadlines. A Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field is required, and additional certifications in project management or construction management would be advantageous. Prior experience in the industrial machinery sector is highly desirable, particularly in Tank Fabrication with expertise in piping structure.
