The candidate will manage end-to-end business development cycles including proposal preparation, client meetings, and relationship management. Responsibilities: Identify and acquire new clients in infrastructure, EPC, and consulting domains Engage with MSMEs, corporates, and banks for loan advisory, DPR/TEV reporting, and project services Prepare and deliver proposals, pitch decks, and engagement letters Track tenders and government schemes for new business opportunities Coordinate with internal technical and delivery teams Maintain strong client relationships and ensure repeat business Attend relevant industry events, exhibitions, and networking meets Willingness to travel (local and outstation as needed) Preferred Background: Prior experience in project finance consulting, EPC, or industrial B2B sales Understanding of financial documentation, project reports, or infrastructure workflows

Position Title: Section In-charge Electrical & Instrumentation (E&I) Qualification & Experience: B.E. / B.Tech in Electrical or Instrumentation Engineering with 18+ years of experience OR Diploma in Electrical or Instrumentation Engineering with 25+ years of experience in project execution and commissioning Job location - Pan India We are seeking a seasoned Electrical & Instrumentation (E&I) professional with hands-on experience in the execution of Rural & Urban Water Supply Projects, including pump houses, Water Treatment Plants (WTP), and Sewage Treatment Plants (STP). The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge and experience in electrical & instrumentation systems including commissioning activities in water & sanitation applications. Key Responsibilities Planning, Scheduling and executing the E&I Works within budgeted cost and time with desired quality and safety standards at Water Treatment Plants (WTP) and Sewage Treatment Plants (STP). Handle the installation and commissioning of electrical equipment like motors, transformers, (33kV and above), HT/LT Panels, VFDs/Soft starters, DG Sets, Cabling, Overhead power transmission lines, Sub-stations, Lighting works and power distribution systems at pump houses and treatment plants. Ensure proper installation and commissioning of field instruments like level sensors/indicators/switches, Electromagnetic flow meters, pressure transmitters, pressure gauges, motorized valves, analyzers including UPS and PLC SCADA based automation system. Coordinate with cross-functional teams and provide technical support. Mobilize and manage resources as per project requirements. In-depth understanding of electrical codes and standards, safety regulations, industry best practices, and emerging technologies in the electrical and instrumentation sector. Conduct and oversee pre-commissioning and commissioning checks and generate relevant test reports and as-built documents. Support Operation & Maintenance (O&M) activities post-commissioning during DLP (Defect Liability Period), if required. Key Skills & Competencies Strong knowledge of electrical & instrumentation systems and codes. Practical experience in commissioning PLC/DCS/SCADA systems integrated with field instruments. Ability to read and interpret electrical & instrumentation drawings, BOQs, Cable schedule and technical specifications. Experience with government agencies or EPC contractors on state-sponsored rural water schemes (e.g., Jal Jeevan Mission, AMRUT) is highly desirable. Understanding of public health engineering (PHE) requirements and rural utility standards. Excellent communication skills & problem-solving abilities. Providing leadership, guidance, and mentorship to junior engineers and team members to foster a culture of continuous improvement and learning. Collaborate with various departments such as engineering, operations, supply chain management and maintenance to ensure seamless project execution and operational efficiency.

Identify new business opportunities on PAN India basis in large industries, municipalities, government agencies, etc who are looking to develop/ upgrade their wastewater/ sewage treatment facilities Creating detailed proposals & negotiating contracts Required Candidate profile B.E./B Tech Chemical/Mechanical/Environmental MBA Marketing preferred 5+ years’ experience in sales of WWTP, preferably STP's Understanding of wastewater management practices & regulatory requirements

Role & responsibilities Project Execution & Site Management Oversee and ensure the smooth execution of solar EPC projects at the site. Coordinate with Senior Engineers, Assistant Managers, and subcontractors to meet project timelines. Ensure proper installation, commissioning, and integration of solar PV systems. Team Leadership & Coordination Manage and lead a team of Senior Engineers, Assistant Managers, and site staff. Assign responsibilities, monitor performance, and provide guidance to the team. Ensure compliance with safety protocols and site discipline. Quality Control & Compliance Monitor site activities to ensure compliance with project specifications, industry standards, and regulatory guidelines. Conduct regular quality inspections and address any deviations. Ensure proper documentation and reporting of quality checks . Project Planning & Progress Tracking Collaborate with corporate office teams to align site activities with project plans. Track project progress and report deviations with mitigation plans. Ensure timely procurement and availability of materials at the site. Stakeholder Coordination Act as a bridge between site teams and corporate office, ensuring seamless communication. Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and contractors for smooth operations. Liaise with local authorities for necessary permits and compliance. Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) Compliance Enforce safety standards and ensure compliance with HSE regulations. Conduct safety audits, training, and risk assessments. Ensure a safe working environment for all personnel on-site. Cost Management & Resource Optimization Monitor project budgets and control unnecessary expenses. Optimize resource utilization to enhance efficiency and reduce wastage. Identify cost-saving opportunities while maintaining quality standards. Preferred candidate profile Solar Project (Site) will be responsible for overseeing the execution of solar EPC projects at the site, ensuring timely completion, quality compliance, and adherence to safety standards. Leading a team of Senior Engineers and Assistant Managers, the role requires effective coordination with the corporate office, vendors, and on-site teams to drive project success while optimizing resources and maintaining budget control. 1. Strong leadership and team management skills. 2. Excellent understanding of solar EPC project execution. 3. Proficiency in project planning, scheduling, and monitoring tools. 4. Strong problem-solving and decision-making ability. 5. Good communication and stakeholder management skills. 6. Familiarity with HSE standards and site safety protocols. 7. Hands-on experience in quality control and compliance. 8. Knowledge of material procurement and inventory management. Experience Requirement: 7-8 years of experience in solar EPC projects, with at least 3-4 years in a managerial or supervisory role. Travelling: He should be ready to Travel if required for Business purposes. Language: English, Gujarati & Hindi would be preferable
