Roles and Responsibilities Manage site engineering activities for various projects, ensuring timely completion within budget constraints. Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, identify potential problems, and implement corrective actions as needed. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve technical issues and ensure project quality standards are met. Develop and maintain accurate records of project schedules, budgets, and deliverables. Desired Candidate Profile 6-8 years of experience in civil engineering or related field (site engineering). Diploma/B.Tech/B.E. degree in Mechanical or Civil Engineering from a recognized institution. Proven track record of managing multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and controlling costs effectively.
