Roles and Responsibilities Ensure quality control at site by monitoring construction activities, identifying defects, and implementing corrective actions. Conduct regular inspections of facade work, glazing, glass installation, finishing works, aluminum fabrication, curtain wall systems, and factory operations to ensure compliance with project specifications. Develop and maintain a comprehensive quality management system (QMS) to ensure adherence to industry standards. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality issues and improve overall project performance. Provide technical guidance on quality-related matters to junior staff members.
