Pay: ₹18,000 - ₹22,000 per month

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Site Supervision and Management:
• Oversee the day-to-day operations at the construction site to ensure smooth progress.
• Monitor work quality and ensure compliance with project specifications and safety standards.
• Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and laborers to complete tasks on time.
• Planning and Execution:
• Assist in planning and scheduling construction activities to meet deadlines.
• Interpret and implement construction plans, drawings, and specifications.
• Ensure the availability of necessary materials and equipment on site.
• Quality Assurance and Safety:
• Conduct quality checks at various stages of construction.
• Implement safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment.
• Address any on-site issues or discrepancies promptly.
• Reporting and Documentation:
• Maintain accurate daily progress reports and work logs.
• Document any changes in project plans and update the project manager accordingly.
• Prepare and submit weekly and monthly progress reports to higher authorities.
• Communication and Coordination:
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and management to ensure smooth project execution.
• Communicate effectively with the project manager and other stakeholders regarding progress and challenges.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Education: Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in site engineering or construction management (preferred).
• Skills:
• Project management and site supervision
• Knowledge of construction techniques and materials
• Proficiency in interpreting blueprints and technical drawings
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Good communication and teamwork skills

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Siwan, Bihar: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Experience:

• Site work: 2 years (Preferred)
