Site Engineer

Responsibilities

1. Site Management

• Supervise and manage all on-site construction activities from preliminary site stage to handing over stage.
• Should have All construction activities including providing technical inputs for methodology of construction and coordination with site activities.
• Ensure that projects are completed within timeline, budget and Quality.
• Should have
• Collaborate with team and Project coordinator to develop and update project schedules.
• Check and review the site requisitions and compare them with the approved Bill of Quantity (BOQ).

2. Quality Assurance:

• Implement and enforce quality control and safety standards on- site.
• Address and resolve any issues or deviations from project plans.

3. Technical Expertise:

• Review engineering drawings, specifications, and other technical documents.
• Provide technical guidance to construction teams and Assign the work.
• Work closely with architects to ensure design intent is maintained during construction.

4. Coordination:

• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and Clients
• Facilitate communication between different project teams.

5. Documentation:

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation.
• Checking of drawing discrepancies and specifications etc.
• Prepare and submit regular progress reports to project managers.
• Keep records of materials used, expenditures, and project progress.

6. Budget Management:

• Assist in the preparation and monitoring of project budgets.

• Rate Analysis.
• Submit and negotiate contract variations, additional works, snags, and maintenance orders.

• Identify cost-saving measures without compromising quality.

7. Problem Solving:

• Quickly and effectively address and resolve unforeseen challenges on-site.
• Propose solutions to optimize construction processes and overcome obstacles
• Preparation of BBS Calculation
• Daily Progress report.
• Monthly Progress Reports

• English, Kannada, Hindi,
• Preferred Bangalore Location Only

• Should have vehicle (two wheeler )
• Proffered : Candidate have Residential Experience

• Must have 1 to 4 years of experience and Candidate must be good oral and written communication skills and possess multi-tasking ability
