Site Engineer (Execution)

Job Summary

The Site Engineer/Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing daily construction activities, ensuring project timelines are met, coordinating with contractors/agencies and site workers, and maintaining safety and quality standards. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, technically skilled, and experienced in managing construction sites efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and monitor daily site operations to ensure work is progressing as per schedule and specifications.
• Coordinate with project manager, site team, subcontractors, and suppliers.
• Interpret technical drawings, plans, and specifications.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations on-site.
• Maintain accurate site records, including progress reports, material usage, and labor attendance.
• Resolve or highlight any unexpected technical difficulties or problems that may arise.
• Conduct regular inspections and quality control checks.
• Ensure that materials and equipment are available and correctly stored.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering/ Diploma or a related field experience.
• Proven experience as a site engineer or similar role in construction.
• Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and uderstanding, reading of drawings.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and leadership abilities.
• Valid driving license.
