Job summary

We are seeking a skilled Site Engineer with 5-10 years of experience in the transportation infrastructure sector, with a specialization in Bridge Engineering. The role involves overseeing construction activities, ensuring project quality, and managing on-site operations to meet project specifications and deadlines.

Key Responsibilities

• Project Supervision: Manage all aspects of construction on-site, including subcontractor coordination, quality control, and adherence to project plans and specifications.
• Quality Assurance: Implement and monitor quality control protocols to ensure construction meets or exceeds industry standards and client requirements.
• Site Safety Management: Ensure compliance with safety regulations and promote a culture of safety among all on-site workers.
• Progress Monitoring: Track project progress against schedules, identify potential delays, and propose solutions to keep projects on track.
• Technical Support: Provide technical expertise and support to resolve construction challenges and optimize engineering practices.
• Client Communication: Maintain regular communication with clients to address concerns and provide updates on project status.
• Software Proficiency: AutoCAD

Key Requirements

• Experience: 5-10 years of experience in site engineering within the railway, road, highways, or metro sectors.
• Education: Master's degree in M.Tech/M.E with a specialization in Bridge Engineering or a relevant field.
• Certification: Relevant professional certifications in civil engineering or construction management are advantageous.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with large-scale infrastructure projects
• Familiarity with local government regulations and standards
