Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Civil Site Engineer based in Ahmedabad with 1 to 5 years of experience in handling high-rise residential or commercial building projects. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in managing on-site activities, coordinating with contractors, and ensuring quality, safety, and timely completion of project milestones.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise day-to-day site activities and ensure execution of work as per drawings and specifications.
• Monitor and coordinate all construction activities at the project site including structural, finishing, and MEP work.
• Ensure adherence to project timelines, quality standards, and safety norms.
• Conduct regular site inspections and prepare progress reports for management.
• Coordinate with architects, consultants, and contractors to resolve on-site technical issues.
• Verify measurements and assist in preparing bills and documentation.
• Ensure proper material management and minimize wastage on-site.
• Assist in preparing daily/weekly work schedules and reporting deviations.
• Ensure compliance with local municipal and regulatory guidelines.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s/Diploma in Civil Engineering.
• Minimum 1 year and up to 5 years of site engineering experience, specifically in high-rise building projects.
• Sound knowledge of construction methods, materials, and site management.
• Familiar with structural drawings, AutoCAD, and MS Office.
• Strong communication and team coordination skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.

Preferred Candidate:

• Must be currently residing in or willing to relocate to Ahmedabad.
• Experience working with reputed builders or contractors on high-rise projects is highly desirable.
• Knowledge of local building codes and statutory regulations is a plus.

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
