Site Engineer

Profile : Interior Site Engineer Location : Hyderabad Role Overview We are seeking a proactive and experienced Interior Site Engineer to manage on-site painting and finishing operations. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in supervising painting, waterproofing, and related works, along with strong leadership and communication skills. Key Responsibilities Supervise and manage painting and finishing work at residential or commercial sites. Oversee daily site activities, ensuring work is completed on time and within quality standards. Coordinate and manage a team of painters and on-site workers. Handle customer interactions, resolve issues promptly, and ensure a positive service experience. Plan, schedule, and assign work based on project requirements. Conduct regular inspections and ensure safety and compliance protocols are followed. Maintain daily progress reports and provide updates to the operations team. Eligibility Criteria Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering (mandatory). 1–5 years of relevant experience in site supervision, preferably in painting and finishing work. Prior experience in managing finishing tasks like painting, waterproofing , etc. Must own a two-wheeler for site visits (mandatory). Strong team handling and communication skills. Ability to work independently and handle customer-facing roles.
