Job Responsibilities: Showroom Sales Executive Brand: PATOLA BY NIRMAL SALVI Product: Patan Patola Sarees Customer Engagement & Sales: Greet customers warmly and provide personalized assistance. Understand customer needs and suggest suitable Patan Patola sarees. Explain the unique features, craftsmanship, and heritage of Patola sarees. Upsell and cross-sell products to maximize sales. Product Knowledge: Maintain in-depth knowledge of Patan Patola weaving techniques, designs, materials, and history. Educate customers about the exclusivity and handwoven nature of each piece. Billing & Documentation: Handle billing processes accurately through POS systems. Manage sales documentation, invoices, and daily sales records. Customer Relationship Management: Maintain a customer database and follow up with clients for repeat business. Provide excellent after-sales service and handle queries or complaints professionally. Inventory Management: Assist in stocktaking and inventory control. Report low stock or fast-moving items to the store manager. Team Coordination: Work collaboratively with colleagues to meet store sales targets. Participate in showroom events, exhibitions, or customer interactions when required. Cultural Presentation: Represent the brand’s legacy with respect and pride. Convey the cultural significance and traditional value of Patola sarees to both Indian and international clients.
