Desired Candidate Profile 2-7 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment or talent acquisition. Strong understanding of sourcing strategies for IT professionals (Software Developers). Excellent interviewing skills with ability to conduct effective interviews. Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) like Naukri.com or similar platforms.
