Showroom Manager

As the Furniture Showroom Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our showroom operations, from managing sales staff to ensuring the showroom is well-maintained and visually appealing. Your primary goal is to drive sales, enhance customer satisfaction, and maintain an organized and efficient showroom environment.

Key Responsibilities:

1. **Sales Leadership:**

- Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets.

- Provide product knowledge and sales training to staff.

- Monitor and evaluate sales performance regularly.

2. **Customer Experience:**

- Ensure that customers receive a warm and welcoming experience.

- Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly.

- Collect and act on customer feedback to enhance service quality.

3. **Showroom Maintenance:**

- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the showroom.

- Ensure that all furniture displays are well-presented and in good condition.

- Oversee inventory management and restocking of showroom items.

4. **Visual Merchandising:**

- Collaborate with the marketing and design teams to create visually appealing displays.

- Implement visual merchandising strategies to attract and engage customers.

5. **Sales Strategies:**

- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth.

- Analyze market trends and customer preferences to inform product selection.

6. **Staff Management:**

- Recruit, train, and develop sales staff.

- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide coaching and feedback.

7. **Budget Management:**

- Manage the showroom budget effectively, including expenses and payroll.

- Monitor and control costs to maximize profitability.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
