Provide support for Windows-based systems ensuring they are up-to-date and secure. Implement best practices for incident management to enhance service delivery. Communicate effectively with stakeholders to provide updates on incident status and resolution. Participate in rotational shifts to provide 24/7 support and maintain high service availability. Contribute to the development of incident management processes and procedures. Analyze incident trends to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions. Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards in all support activities. Support the integration of new technologies and systems to enhance service capabilities.
