ServiceNow UI/UX Consultant

Participate in all technical aspects of delivering complex customer solutions on the ServiceNow platform, advising clients on best practice to create lasting value and enhanced experiences.
Hands on experience in implementation initiatives.
Knowledge in ServiceNow mobile builder
Fluency in push notifications, deep linking, screens, applets, and action items
Experience in ServiceNow mobile integration with 3rd party applications
Knowledge in Angular JS and angular directives
Experience in designing ServiceNow portal homepage, pages, widgets, and UI items
Relevant and hands-on experience in configuring interface designs on portal
Experience in creating UI pages, modals, and macros, CSS, Java and HTML coding experience.
Code testing, troubleshooting and debugging.
Solid written and verbal communication skills.
Core configuration on the platform, specifically around ITSM applications.
Script and code ServiceNow technical requirements design, development and testing.
Script and code ServiceNow integrations and testing.
Contribute on multiple Agile engagements, utilizing the right methodology and tools to enhance project efficiency and quality.
Define technical and design approaches, lead scrums, and advise technical consulting resources on development and configuration activities.
Lead sprint planning and review meetings, ensure the technical team follows the right methodology, and drive towards successful project completion.
Estimate time and effort for technical resources and proactively communicate progress and forecast changes to the Engagement Manager
Own the technical quality on customer projects, participate in code reviews, and oversee Go-Live planning efforts.
Assist with workshops and collaborate closely with Business Process Consultants to define customer requirements.
Participate in internal knowledge sharing, coaching, and collaboration activities and initiatives.
