As a skilled and experienced ServiceNow Developer, you design, develop, and implement ServiceNow solutions to automate and optimize IT service management processes. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to customize modules, workflows, and integrations based on business requirements. Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

What you get to do in this role

Design, develop, and implement customized API endpoints within ServiceNow platform to integrate 3rd party products
Collaborate with end users and stakeholders to gather integration requirements
Lead end-to-end project development of ServiceNow integrations, ensuring timely and quality delivery
Provide administrative support and configuration assistance within ServiceNow during integration projects

To be successful in this role, the ideal candidate must have

6 8 years of experience working as a ServiceNow Developer in an enterprise environment
Familiarity with core ServiceNow modules like Incident, Change, and Configuration
Hands-on experience with building and customizing REST/SOAP APIs on ServiceNow
Strong problem-solving skills with a self-starter attitude and ability to lead projects independently
Experience with requirement gathering and technical solutioning for integrations
Ability to support ServiceNow administration tasks as needed during the project
Ability to communicate clearly with technical and non-technical users

Desired:

Relevant Certification in ITIL and ServiceNow

Education:

Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related discipline
