ServiceNow Developer

You will be a part of a global team working on HR Projects, Enhancements & Support, including ServiceNow HR Service Delivery along with other HR applications. Your responsibilities will include understanding the business processes associated with ServiceNow HR Service Delivery modules, reviewing and providing solutions for raised business requirements, and developing software on the ServiceNow platform following Experian standards. You will also be responsible for preparing documentation such as configuration guides, design documents, and test scripts, as well as working in collaboration with Global Change Management and ServiceNow Core platform teams to introduce changes in UAT and Production systems. Data security maintenance in a highly auditable environment and working on a single global instance supporting multiple countries will be essential aspects of your role. Additionally, you will work in a multi-lingual and culturally diverse environment, collaborating with peers, customers, and vendors to address product issues and create support requests. Flexible working arrangements and adherence to Experian standards and tools will also be part of your routine. To qualify for this role, you should have 5 to 8 years of experience working with the ServiceNow platform in an Admin/Developer capacity within an enterprise-wide, multi-tier production environment. Proficiency in scripting languages such as Glide and Jelly Scripting, Java Script, HTML, XLM, AJAX, CSS, JSON, and AngularJS is required. Experience in ServiceNow implementation in HR Service Delivery modules, ServiceNow System Administration certification, and knowledge of configuring MID Servers are prerequisites. Moreover, you should have experience in Agile/Scrum development environments, integrating 3rd party tools, and portal development, including using Service Portal pages and widgets. Abilities to design optimized customer experiences, work in CI/CD environments, and collaborate effectively with global teams in a follow-the-sun model are also crucial. A degree in Computer Science, Information Services, or related field is preferred, along with prior experience in consulting or technology business. Additionally, exposure to Oracle database & PL/SQL scripting, HR Cloud Applications, REST APIs, and working with business users independently will be advantageous. Good communication skills, problem-solving abilities, adaptability, and a self-motivated approach are essential for this role.,
