Job Description

Key Skills:

Roles & Responsibilities:

Implement ServiceNow ITSM modules as a technical resource, ensuring effective deployment and functionality.
Design, develop, and implement new applications on the ServiceNow platform, tailored to meet business needs.
Analyze functional requirement specifications and propose technical feasibility and solutions.
Mentor field resources in implementation methodology and best practices to enhance team capabilities.
Manage platform upgrades and maintenance, ensuring minimal disruption to services.
Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve issues collaboratively with various teams.
Engage in proactive management of repetitive incidents and major incidents within ServiceNow.
Work closely with Service Owners, IT, and Operations teams to provide technical solutions and assist with challenges.

Experience Requirement:

5 - 8 years of experience in ServiceNow development and implementation.
Strong hands-on experience with ServiceNow ITSM modules such as Incident, Problem, Change, and Service Catalog.
Experience in creating custom applications, workflows, and integrations within the ServiceNow platform.
Expertise in scripting languages such as JavaScript and ServiceNow-specific scripting.
Solid understanding of ServiceNow architecture, data models, and core concepts.
Experience with ServiceNow platform upgrades, patch management, and troubleshooting.
Familiarity with REST and SOAP APIs for integrations with third-party applications.
Knowledge of ITIL processes and best practices in a ServiceNow environment.
