Job Description

Role & responsibilities

ServiceNow Developer

A.ServiceNow Integration & Development:

Design, develop, and implement integrations between ServiceNow and third-party systems (e.g., CRM, ERP, HR, Active Directory) using REST/SOAP APIs,JSON, IntegrationHub, MID Server, and third-party connectors.
Develop and maintain APIs, web services, and other integration interfaces to support data exchange between systems
Configure and customize ServiceNow to support integration requirements, including creating custom tables, fields, and forms.
Develop and maintain scripts, workflows, and business rules to support integration logic and data processing.
Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues, including debugging and testing integrations.

Preferred candidate profile

We are looking for a ServiceNow Integration Specialist to design, develop, and deploy ServiceNow integrations and custom workflow automation solutions using APIs,

AppEngine and Creator Studio. The role involves integrating ServiceNow with external systems, optimizing workflows, and ensuring seamless data exchange while maintaining security and compliance standards.

Experience :

Graduation/Post-Graduation in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is necessary.
With 5-7 years of experience in ServiceNow complex environment.
