We have great opportunity for Servicenow CMDB Developer.

Exp - 6 yrs to 12yrs

Notice period - Immediate - 30 days

Location -

PAN India

Mandatory skillset -

Key Accountabilities

ServiceNow CMDB Developer

Key Responsibilities:

Design and implement CMDB data models, CI classes, and relationships.
Develop and maintain Discovery patterns and probes to populate the CMDB.
Integrate CMDB with external systems and monitoring tools.
Ensure data quality, reconciliation, and normalization within the CMDB.
Collaborate with ITSM, ITOM, and infrastructure teams to align CMDB with business needs.
Create and maintain technical documentation, workflows, and data dictionaries.
Implement Service Mapping and support impact analysis and dependency views.
Perform audits and health checks to ensure CMDB accuracy and compliance.

Required Skills & Experience:

5+ years of hands-on experience with
ServiceNow CMDB
and
Discovery
.
Strong understanding of
ITIL Configuration Management
processes.
Experience with
Service Mapping
,
Event Management
, and
Orchestration
is a plus.
Proficiency in
JavaScript
,
REST/SOAP APIs
, and
ServiceNow scripting
.
Familiarity with infrastructure components (servers, networks, cloud, etc.).
ServiceNow certifications (e.g., CSA, CIS-Discovery, CIS-CMDB) preferred.
