Job Description

  • Assess the service needs of clients and create service ticket accordingly
  • Schedule service calls for both Diagnosis and part replacement to the clients place and follow up
  • Reverting to customer queries on-time over an email
  • Ensure each client is given the necessary services and follow up to fill ongoing service
  • Needs until the closure of service ticket
  • Maintain good relationships with both internal and external
  • Answer telephones and respond to email inquiries for all clients
  • Monitoring service engineers call schedules until attended and closure
  • Monitor service ticket bin movement on the ticket which are logged in our CRM
  • Should have good verbal and written skills
  • Should have good knowledge working on Excel, Word and PPT

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
