Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Service Relationship Manager. The Service Relationship Manager will be responsible for managing and nurturing customer relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction, handling customer service inquiries, and managing business relationships. Daily tasks will also include coordinating with the finance department, maintaining communication with various stakeholders, and ensuring high-quality service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Call customers to remind them of scheduled or pending car services
• Regularly follow up to confirm appointments and ensure post-service satisfaction
• Handle walk-in customers and deliver a seamless service journey
• Build long-term relationships with customers and maintain trust in the Maruti Suzuki & NEXA brand
• Support marketing and promotional activities to grow service center footfall

Qualifications:

• Strong Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction skills
• Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written
• Good spoken English
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field is preferred
• Experience in Business Relationship Management and Customer Relationship Management
• Experience in the automotive industry is a plus
