Job Description

As a ServiceNow Architect in Sydney, you will be responsible for implementing the ITSM Suite which includes Incident, Change, Release, and Problem management, as well as Service Catalog and Service Portal. Your expertise in customizing the ServiceNow tool through Business rules, Client Scripts, and Script includes will be crucial for the successful execution of projects. Your role will also involve showcasing your strong experience in developing custom dashboards, integrating reporting tools, and CRM applications to enhance the platform's functionality. Additionally, you will leverage your experience in implementing discovery and service mapping suites to streamline processes. Being adept at integrating third-party applications using REST and SOAP methodologies is essential for this position. Your knowledge of hosting services, including cloud and on-premises environments, will be valuable in ensuring seamless operations. Understanding compute workloads across physical, virtual, and cloud environments is key to optimizing performance. Furthermore, having a foundational understanding of Unix-based Operating Systems and monitoring tools will aid in troubleshooting and maintaining system health. A solid background in data networks, encompassing LAN, WAN, routing, switching, and interconnects, along with familiarity with the TCP/IP model and network layers, will be advantageous for successful project delivery.,
