• Strategy & Business Planning

• Develop and implement robust service strategies aimed at driving profitability, enhancing customer satisfaction, and optimizing resource utilization.

• Team Performance Oversight

• Guide, monitor, and evaluate the performance of Service Managers and Supervisors to maintain operational excellence.

• Customer Engagement & Retention

• Drive workshop load enhancement initiatives, foster long-term customer relationships, and boost retention through quality service delivery.

• Compliance & Standards

• Ensure strict adherence to company norms, policies, and industry standards in all areas of workshop operations.
