Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Service Head, based in Chennai. The Service Head will oversee day-to-day operations, manage service delivery, lead teams, and handle budgeting. Responsibilities include ensuring efficient service operations, maintaining high-quality service standards, and driving continuous improvement initiatives.
