We are looking for Service Engineers for Baroda .
Role: Service Engineer
Experience Required: 4 to 6 years in MFP servicing, preferably with RICOH & FUJIFILM devices
Location: Baroda
Budget: 3.0 4.5 LPA (based on experience)
Onsite support for installation, configuration, key operator training, and troubleshooting of MFPs
Setup and installation of new Multifunction Printers
Routine service and maintenance of MFPs
Diagnosis and repair of faults in MFPs
Regular maintenance checks of all print equipment
In-depth knowledge of both hardware and software aspects of printers
Ensure timely and cost-effective maintenance, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction
Accurately troubleshoot technical issues and maintain optimal machine performance
Respond to customer issues promptly and professionally
Maximize machine uptime through effective repair and customer training
Must possess strong troubleshooting, mechanical/electrical aptitude, and communication skills
Willingness to travel as required
Timely reporting on call closures, parts usage, and customer meter readings
Ability to understand and communicate technical information both verbally and in writing
