Service Delivery - Project Manager

As a Service Delivery Expert - Project Manager, your role will involve overseeing service delivery to clients and internal stakeholders, managing projects to enhance service quality and efficiency, and introducing new services. Your responsibilities will include monitoring service performance against SLAs, conducting service reviews, serving as the primary point of contact for service-related inquiries, planning and executing projects, defining project scope and objectives, developing project plans and budgets, coordinating project teams, managing project risks and issues, communicating project status to stakeholders, identifying opportunities for process improvement, participating in continuous improvement initiatives, and developing Service Improvement Plans (SIPs). To excel in this role, you are expected to bring proven expertise in your area, act as a mentor to other team members, and contribute to the growth of the practice. You will play a crucial role in Hitachi Digital Solutions" journey by utilizing your consulting skills for both internal and external customers.
