Join our Team About this opportunity: We are seeking a talented Windows and VMware Technical Manager to lead our technical teams responsible for designing, implementing, and managing Windows and VMware infrastructure solutions. As a Technical Manager, you will provide hands-on leadership while managing day-to-day operations, ensuring technical excellence, and fostering a collaborative environment. You will work closely with stakeholders and cross-functional teams to deliver innovative and reliable solutions that meet the needs of our clients What you will do: 12+ years of relevant Windows and VMware administration experience working in a medium to large complex highly process oriented global IT infra environment with minimum 3 Years as technical lead or technical manager. Proven leadership experience managing technical teams, ideally within the context of VMware vSphere, vCenter, and other VMware technologies Experience in virtualization technologies and managing virtualized environments using VMware ESXi, vSphere, and vSAN. Strong expertise in Windows Server management (Active Directory, DNS, Group Policy, etc.) Experience with cloud technologies (e.g., Nutanix, AWS, Azure) is a plus. Knowledge of ITIL Process like Incident, Change, Problem and Capacity management. Strong proficiency in VMware vSphere suite (ESXi, vCenter, Vmotion, HA, DRS). Expertise in Windows Server administration, deployment, and troubleshooting. Proficient in PowerShell or other automation tools for managing Windows and VMware environments. Familiarity with networking concepts (IP addressing, DNS, routing, firewalls). Experience with backup and disaster recovery planning for virtualized environments. Knowledge of storage solutions (SAN, NAS, vSAN) in VMware environments. Experience in cloud integration and hybrid cloud solutions is beneficial.
