Key Responsibilities

• Own and execute the

  on-page & off-page SEO strategy

  for product's D2C website
• Research high-intent

  short and long-tail keywords

  across our key product categories
• Collaborate with the content team to develop

  SEO blogs, category landing pages, and product descriptions

• Work with website developers to ensure

  site structure, speed, indexing, and crawlability

  are optimized
• Optimize for

  Google Discover, Image Search

  , and

  schema markup

  to drive additional traffic
• Conduct regular

  SEO audits

  , fix technical issues, broken links, and enhance internal linking
• Work on

  backlink building

  through partnerships, blog outreach, PR, and guest content
• Track keyword rankings, traffic performance, and set

  monthly improvement benchmarks

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of proven experience in SEO, preferably with D2C or food/consumer brands
• Hands-on with tools like

  Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog

• Strong understanding of

  on-page, technical, and content SEO

  principles
• Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with developers and content creators
• Experience working with Shopify or similar CMS platforms
• A bonus if you’ve worked with local SEO (for events/activations) or marketplace SEO (Amazon, BigBasket, etc.)
