Senior UI Designer

Responsibilities: - Understanding product specifications and user psychology - Conducting concept and usability testing, and gathering feedback - Creating personas through thorough user research and data analysis - Defining the appropriate interaction model and assessing its effectiveness - Developing wireframes and prototypes tailored to customer needs - Discovering innovative solutions to UX challenges, such as usability and findability - Collaborating with UI designers to implement visually appealing designs - Effectively communicating design concepts and prototypes to developers - Staying informed about competitor products and industry trends In terms of UX Design, you will be expected to conduct in-depth research to understand the industry landscape and gain domain-specific knowledge relevant to the product. This involves creating mind maps, user personas, empathy maps, user research documents, customer journeys, and user flow diagrams to inform your design decisions. For UI Design, you will leverage the insights gained during the UX Design phase to develop usable and aesthetically pleasing Visual Design mockups that adhere to UI design standards and best practices.
