Jubilant Pharma Limited is a global integrated pharmaceutical company offering a wide range of products and services to customers across geographies. The business is segmented into Specialty Pharmaceuticals and Generics & APIs. Specialty Pharmaceuticals include Radiopharmaceuticals, Contract Manufacturing of Sterile Injectable, Non-sterile & Allergy Therapy Products, while Generics & APIs comprise Solid Dosage Formulations & Active Pharmaceutical Ingredients. Jubilant Generics (JGL), a wholly-owned subsidiary of Jubilant Pharma, has Research & Development units in Noida and Mysore, India. JGL operates manufacturing facilities in Mysore, Karnataka, and Roorkee, Uttarakhand, focusing on APIs and Dosage manufacturing. The Mysore facility, a USFDA approved site, manufactures APIs targeting Lifestyle driven Therapeutic Areas and complex molecules. The Roorkee facility is a state-of-the-art site approved by multiple regulatory bodies like USFDA, Japan PMDA, UK MHRA, TGA, WHO, and Brazil ANVISA, focusing on a B2B model for various markets. Both manufacturing units are supported by around 500 research and development professionals working on developing new products in API, Solid Dosage Formulations, Sterile Injectable, Semi-Solids, Ointments, Creams, and Liquids. Regulatory Affairs & IPR professionals at JGL ensure a unique portfolio of patents and product filings in regulatory and non-regulatory markets. Jubilant Pharma's revenue has shown growth, reaching INR 53,240 Million in the Financial Year 2018-19 from INR 39,950 Million in the Financial Year 2017-18. The role is responsible for achieving set targets, maintaining call average/coverage, utilizing allotted resources effectively, increasing prescriber base, focusing on target customers, and ensuring timely reporting and ROI. Key internal stakeholders include RSM, ZSM, BDM, NSM/SM, PMT, HR & Sales Admin, while key external stakeholders are Doctors, Stockiest, Retailers, CFA staff, and institutional administrators. Competencies critical for the role include scientific/technical competencies like convincing ability, presentation, selling, and communication skills, along with behavioral competencies such as analytical ability and PR skills. The qualifications required for this role include a desirable B.Pharm/D.Pharm/BSc. + MBA degree, with essential qualifications being graduates in any discipline and 6 months to 2 years of experience as a Medical Rep in a reputed organization. The ideal age for this role is around 28 years.,
