As a Business Analyst and Testing professional at Ensono, your responsibilities include leading client meetings, gathering and analyzing business and system requirements, ensuring stakeholder collaboration, facilitating processes, and providing technical leadership. Your expertise in documenting requirements, testing, and automation, along with knowledge of coding languages and databases, will be essential in delivering measurable value and optimal performance. To succeed in this role, you must have at least 5 years of experience in business analysis and testing IT applications, expertise in tools like JIRA and Confluence, proficiency in Manual and Automation testing, and knowledge of legacy and modern languages such as Mainframe, COBOL, SQL, C#, and Java. Preferred qualifications include problem-solving skills, mentoring abilities, and familiarity with AWS and Azure cloud technologies.
