Job Description

Job Description for Senior Technical Lead (SolarWinds and Windows Domain Knowledge in Manufacturing) Job Description:

Serve as a subject matter expert (SME) in SolarWinds and Windows domain knowledge, with a focus on manufacturing industry applications.
Lead and coordinate the technical team in designing, implementing, and maintaining complex IT infrastructure solutions.
Analyze and troubleshoot issues related to SolarWinds and Windows-based systems, ensuring optimal performance and reliability.
Develop and implement best practices, policies, and procedures to enhance the efficiency and security of the IT infrastructure.
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members, fostering their professional development.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business stakeholders, to align IT solutions with organizational goals.
Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, technologies, and industry best practices in the SolarWinds and Windows domains.

Key Responsibilities:

Serve as the SolarWinds SME, providing expert-level support and guidance to the team.
Manage and maintain the SolarWinds monitoring and reporting infrastructure.
Develop and implement advanced SolarWinds monitoring and alerting strategies.
Optimize the performance and scalability of the Windows-based infrastructure.
Ensure the security and compliance of the IT systems, including Windows and SolarWinds components.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve complex technical issues.
Lead the implementation of IT projects and initiatives, ensuring timely delivery and quality.
Provide technical training and knowledge-sharing sessions to the team.

Qualifications:

5-9 years of experience in IT operations, with a strong focus on SolarWinds and Windows domain knowledge.
In-depth understanding of SolarWinds products and their integration with Windows-based systems.
Proficient in Windows Server administration, including Active Directory, Group Policy, and system management.
Proven experience in leading and managing technical teams, with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Familiarity with manufacturing industry workflows and IT requirements is preferred.
Certifications in SolarWinds, Windows Server, and related technologies are a plus.
