Identifies telemetry requirements, custom monitors and alerts. Tunes health models. Identifies, designs and builds auto-resolution models. Has a strong background in systems engineering, comes from a system administration background. Is an expert at Performance Engineering. Well versed and has experience working with multiple monitoring tools. Has experience working on Observability tools such as DynaTrace, New Relic, MoogSoft, Splunk, Big Panda etc.
