Exp:10+Years Location:Bangalore Notice period:immediate/20days JD: 812 years of Salesforce experience, with 3+ years in a Salesforce Architect role. Strong hands-on expertise in Service Cloud, including Case Management, Omni-Channel, Knowledge, Entitlements, SLAs. Telecom domain experience: customer care flows, service provisioning, issue resolution, and SLA compliance. Proven integration experience with Tillio, CTI, IVR, and contact center systems. Experience with Salesforce integrations (REST/SOAP APIs, middleware like MuleSoft or Boomi). Proficiency in Tableau for creating reports and visualizations using Salesforce data. Strong delivery orientation with the ability to develop and roll out features quickly. Familiarity with DevOps tools like Copado/Gearset, and Agile delivery methodologies.
