Job Description

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Supervisor - AVP Level 2 to lead our operations team in India. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in a supervisory role and will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, managing a team, and driving continuous improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities

Oversee daily operations and ensure efficiency in processes.
Manage a team of junior supervisors and staff, providing guidance and support.
Develop and implement strategies to improve productivity and quality.
Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members.
Collaborate with other departments to align goals and initiatives.
Prepare and present reports on team performance and operational metrics.

Skills and Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field.
10-15 years of experience in a supervisory or managerial role.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
