1. Mobile Development Frameworks

Proficient in
Flutter
and Dart for cross-platform development.
Experience with
native development
in either:

Android (Kotlin/Java)

iOS (Swift/Objective-C)

2. VoIP & Real-Time Communication

Experience integrating
VoIP call functionalities
using technologies like:
CallKit (iOS)
,
ConnectionService (Android)
Third-party services (e.g.,
Agora
,
Twilio
,
Sendbird Calls
, etc.)
Handling push notifications for incoming calls (e.g.,
FCM
,
APNs
)

3. In-App Purchases & Subscriptions

Implementation of
subscription models
using:
Google Play Billing Library
StoreKit / RevenueCat for iOS
Handling subscription status, renewal, and grace periods.

4. Backend Integration

Deep understanding of
Firebase Suite
:
Authentication
,
Cloud Firestore/Realtime DB
Cloud Functions
,
Push Notifications (FCM)
Crashlytics
,
Analytics
,
Remote Config

5. App Lifecycle Management

Experience in
App Store (iOS)
and
Play Store (Android)
:
App build and signing
App submission and approval process
Managing releases, updates, app reviews, and privacy policies.

6. Data Handling & Offline Sync

Expertise in offline-first architecture:
Offline data caching and synchronization
Realm Database
or similar (e.g., SQLite, Hive, ObjectBox)

7. Version Control and Collaboration

Good command over
Git
workflows (feature branching, PRs, etc.)
Experience in
Agile/Scrum
teams and using tools like Jira, Trello, or ClickUp.

Good to Have

Familiarity with
React Native
or willingness to explore hybrid frameworks.
Experience with
CI/CD tools
like Codemagic, Bitrise, or GitHub Actions.
Knowledge of
automated testing
(unit, integration, UI testing).
Understanding of
